Steel Food S.a.s. has been active in working with stainless steel for 25 years. The industrial unit is situated at Rubbiano di Solignano to the southwest of Parma at the end of a valley called Val Ceno, where many other nationally and internationally established companies are located.
Both father and son, Luigi and Andrea Avanzi, manage the business enthusiastically, supported by a highly specialized team of technicians, design engineers and production staff, constantly aiming for quality combined with flexibility and creativity. Steel Food was set up with the idea of being flexible even in the very technical field of metalworking, and specialises in made-to-order storage tanks and other one-off, non-standardized stainless steel products.
In early 2021 the new headquarters were opened housing cutting-edge machinery with a low environmental impact, a benefit for the workers′ health and safety.
